Regrettably, the Repair Center is unable to accommodate the following services:
• Leather, exotic skin, and satin bag refurbishment
• Metal box and/or hardware re-plating
• Crushed and/or dented Minaudiere/Overture/Miniature boxes
• Frame replacements
• Re-cementing linings or lining replacements
• Tassel and/or cord replacements
• Belt repair

How do I have my Judith Leiber product repaired?
We offer repair services for many of our products. You may take your merchandise to the place of purchase, or mail your item(s) to our repair facility. There is a minimum charge of $50 for items submitted for repair. Items will be checked by our Repair Team to evaluate necessary repairs. A written estimate will be provided to you prior to repairing your merchandise. Once you approve the estimate, the item will be repaired and shipped back to you. Please allow 8-10 weeks for repairs.
