Golden Globes 2020: Judith Leiber Bags Rule The Red Carpet

Bold bows, sleek suits and a slew of sparkles made quite an impact on the red carpet at the 77th annual Golden Globes held on January 5, 2020 in Beverly Hills, California. Our beloved starlets came ready to stun and armed with their most important plus one, a Judith Leiberevening bag. Here’s our recap of the night’s best fashion and accessories moments all of them made that much better with some signature Judith Leiber style.

Judith Leiber evening bags were carried by some of the night’s most respected actresses. Golden Globes legend Meryl Streep chose our Duchesse bag in gold resin to complement her Dior dress. Helen Mirren, in red Dior, carried the Specchioclutch in a rich shade of dark red. Naomi Watts also chose our Specchio clutch but opted for a smoke shade to match her sleek and sparkly Armani dress. Acclaimed actress Glenn Close was a fresh vision in blue velvet. Her double breasted blazer dress and our decadent Natalie bagmade a chic pair. Last but certainly not least was J.Lo. Ms. Lopez always brings IT to the carpet and the Golden Globes was no exception. Our Soho Satin in emerald green was the perfect finish to her bow-tastic Valentino gown. 

Anything goes was this year’s red carpet mantra. Looks ranged from the pared down and modern to full on romantic and ethereal. Dakota Fanning, carried our pearl encrusted slim slide, and floated down the carpet in Dior Haute Couture. Her puff sleeves were right on trend and her ball gown was fit for a modern princess. Idina Menzel, one of our favorites, was ultra sleek in a white Stella McCartney cape dress. Her mirrored Leiber Specchio clutch put a totally futuristic spin on the entire look. Toni Collette also carried the Specchio in a deep navy which complemented her moody floral gown from British designer Erdem. The always stylish Molly Sims kept it light and feminine in a charming Marchesa. She counted on our powder blue Slim Slide to pull the look together. Funny lady Amy Poehler accented her waist with a belted gown in a deep forest green. She chose Judith Leiber’s emerald hued Crystal Envelope to complete the look. 

From the regal red carpet to the exclusive after parties, the 2020 Golden Globes was filled with memorable moments, obsession-worthy fashion and of course, Judith Leiber evening bags.
