Returns

Making a return or exchange is easy. Email us at info@judithleibercouture.com or call us at 1-888-201-5822. Please be sure to let us know the reason for the return and the item(s) you wish to return. You will receive a Return Authorization number and a prepaid Fedex return label from us. Please follow the return instructions provided with your order.

All returns of new and unused merchandise must be made within 15 days of receipt of your order. The merchandise must have all tags still attached and must be repacked in the same original packaging it was shipped to you in. Returned merchandise must also include the original gift box and dust bag.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Judith Leiber reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise if it does not meet the return policy requirements.

Merchandise returned to Judith Leiber will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.

Custom and bespoke orders are not refundable.

Original expedited shipping costs are not refundable.
