Judith Leiber’s Top Picks From New York Fashion Week 2023

New York Fashion Week (NYFW) celebrates the crème de le crème of fashion. The semi-annual event provides the world’s leading designers with a respected platform to showcase their unique collections every February and September.

Judith Leiber has been fortunate enough to appear countless times at the event, and this year was no exception. As the purpose of NYFW 23 is to provide insight into the biggest and best trends for the year ahead, it could help you decide what and who to wear in the coming seasons. Continue reading to discover Judith Leiber’s top picks from New York Fashion Week 2023.

Winnie Harlow

Canadian fashion model Winnie Harlow understands what it takes to stand out on the red carpet, and she certainly delivered on glamorous style at the Daily Front Row Awards during New York Fashion Week. The 29-year-old beauty caught attention at the event, which honors the biggest names in the fashion world, wearing a head-turning silver sequined bralette with pretty fringe details, a matching mini skirt, and silver stiletto court heels, which she stylishly paired with a crystal covered Judith Leiber clutch

Stephanie Hsu

Stephanie Hsu was a fashion MVP at this September’s NYFW 23. The Oscar-nominated actress rocked many jaw-dropping looks at various events throughout the week, putting the world on notice for her effortless style.

For instance, she looked super chic at the Ulla Johnson presentation in Brooklyn, rocking a leather shirt dress with matching boots, dangle earrings, and a wavy striped bag for a touch of contrast and texture. Also, she looked as pretty as a picture at Dior’s J’adore party at Brooklyn Botanic Garden, wearing a colorful jumpsuit that wowed on the red carpet.

Monaleo

American rapper Monaleo always looks flawless and her appearance at New York Fashion Week and the VMAs was no exception. The Houston native was snapped wearing a Judith Leiber Ruffle Pouch that was a match made in heaven with a pink turtleneck dress, matching fur coat, and black and white sunglasses. The drawstring closure makes the bag easy to open and close in an instant, and it has a satin-lined interior for an extra touch of luxury. Also, she was spotted the same week at the VMAs with a Judith Leiber Fuchsia Gemma Crystal handbag with silver-toned metal hardware.

Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez is no stranger to good style. After all, she has often been snapped wearing one of Judith Leiber’s designer bags at various events. Unsurprisingly, the famous actress-singer proved she is an expert at effortless style at the Ralph Lauren Spring/Summer 2024 fashion show. It would have been hard to take your eyes off her, as she wore a stunning sheer gown paired with a large-buckled bet, elegantly highlighting her stunning shape.

Yet, the hitmaker’s best look was undoubtedly at the Coach fashion show, as she wasn’t afraid to wear a timeless suede coat in 93-degree heat in the name of fashion. Jennifer paired the stunning fringed jacket with snakeskin boots, sunglasses, and a silver bag, creating an oversized coat dress.

Quinta Brunson

There is no question that all eyes were placed firmly on Abbott Elementary’s Quinta Brunson at New York Fashion Week 23. It is hard to believe it was the stunning actress’s first time at the event, as she made waves with her effortless style and bold accessories.

Every fashionista will adore the look Quinta wore at Christian Siriano’s NYFW 23 show, as she paired a black and ruffle pink outfit with Material Good jewelry and a Judith Leiber Classic Slim Slide black handbag for an extra touch of glamour and sophistication.

Sia

Unafraid to be different, Sia rocked a fabulous bubble-gum-pink tulle ballgown that was impossible to miss or forget. The Christian Siriano dress delivered on the fashion front during her surprise performance at the acclaimed designer’s runway show hosted at Pierre Hotel, which became a highlight of the world-respected fashion event.

To match Sia’s signature style, the talented singer-songwriter wore a matching fluffy pink wig with a fringe that covered her face, and it was topped with an oversized bow that was worth attention. We are not sure what guests will remember more, the talented singer flawlessly belting out “Diamonds” and “Chandelier” to a delighted crowd or her cotton candy-inspired dress that was a star of the spectacular show.

Where Was NYFW 2023 Hosted?

Spring Studios at 50 Varick Street served as the primary HQ for New York Fashion Week 2023; however, various runway shows were held across the Big Apple. An incredible 71 international designers were on the coveted roster, such as Carolina Herrera, Dion Lee, Michael Kors, Elena Velez, Anna Sui, and Sergio Hudson, to name a few.

Fashionistas worldwide were able to tune into various shows via a live stream on NYFW.com or The Council of Fashion Designers of America’s Runway 360 hub. Also, many fashion houses provided fashion lovers with live streams of their shows on their social media platforms to ensure people didn’t miss an exciting moment.
